OTTOs opportunity:

Our Human Resources Coordinator will assist in recruiting and payroll processing along with general support to the Human Resources Department.

Specifically, the Human Resources Coordinator will:

Recruit for hourly positions, including production

Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, drug tests, and

background checks

Attend job fairs

Assist with onboarding of new employees

Review payroll timesheets, gather necessary documents, and write

reports

Act as a backup for payroll processing

Help plan and set up for company events annual picnic, company

lunches, and various parties

Address employee inquiries and contribute to a positive work

environment

Perform routine filing, scanning and archiving records to ensure

record retention compliance

Provide general administrative support to the HR Department

Assist with other related duties as required or assigned
