Currently hiring in the Phoenixville, PA area for a FULL TIME opportunity for this manufacturing company, hiring for Production Associates . The production associate will be responsible for achieving full production potential with 100% mail count integrity at their machine for each shift. There is a sense of attention to detail, making sure the production machines are running properly, feeding the material into the machine, perform inspections and make sure that its meeting quality standards, and being comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing/ production environment. Prior experience working in a manufacturing/ production environment, being able to follow instructions, and working in a fast paced/ deadline driven environment will be required.

Responsibilities

Keep inserting machines running at all times.

Check print quality before running jobs.

Ensure all job components are correct by following the inspection piece process.

Stack all completed trays on pallets to prep for pickup.

Perform job change setups as necessary.

Conduct general maintenance on insert machines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
