Job Title: Medical Assembler

1st & 2nd SHIFT

$20/HR- $22/HR

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will use hand tools and a microscope to assemble various medical devices. The position involves working in a clean room environment, performing intricate tasks with small components, and being cross-trained at different stations.

Responsibilities

Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.

Pick up and learn potentially complex processes quickly.

Work in a clean room environment with full clean room attire.

Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision.

Use blades, cutters, and other tools as required.

Cross-train at different assembly stations.

Essential Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Reading and writing comprehension.

Reliable transportation.

Great hand dexterity.

Understanding of measurements with rulers and calipers.

Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.

Great organizational skills.

Ability to work overtime.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Microscope experience.

Cleanroom or assembly experience.

6 months+ of experience in medical assembly or other forms of manufacturing/assembly preferred, but open to entry level.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
