A Day in the Life Lead, Develop & Support Teams: Guide, develop, and support the Facilities and Fleet teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and professional work practices. Manage Budget & Resources: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets. Handle Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement long-term strategies. Manage Fleet: Oversee vehicle and equipment reliability, manage garage inventory, and support capital equipment budgeting and planning. Manage Facilities: Oversee all building service contracts, lead construction and remodeling projects, and ensure security measures are in place. Work with departments to meet their facility needs. What You ll Need Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree and at least seven years of related experience are required, including five years in a leadership or management role ideally in facilities, fleet management, or a similar role. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered. Credentials: A valid Driver s License. Additional Details Schedule: Monday through Friday at the Braham, MN Operations South building. Hybrid Option: This position may offer a hybrid work arrangement after a training period.
