Job Title: Machine Builder - Machinist

Job Description

As a Machine Builder - Machinist, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, maintaining, designing, and fabricating parts for assembly machinery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery.

Responsibilities

Construct, repair, and perform general maintenance of assembly machinery.

Repair or replace defective parts to maintain the machinery in optimal condition.

Install special structural parts in assembly machinery.

Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, power saws, drills, grinders, sanders, welding equipment, and some CNC machinery.

Essential Skills

1+ years of manual machinist experience.

Ability to operate mills, lathes, grinders, sanders, saws, presses, drills, welders, sand blasters, breaks, hoists, cranes, hand tools, micrometers, calipers, volt/ohm meters.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with blueprints.

Experience using hoists and cranes.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Work Environment

Work with a variety of tools and machines, including manual mills, lathes, grinders, sanders, and welding equipment. The work environment may require physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety protocols. Dress code is safety-focused, requiring appropriate personal protective equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Grandview, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Comprehensive health benefits including vision and dental. Also offers several training programs including apprenticeship and other company benefits

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Grandview,MO.
