Hiring Now: Medical Scheduler

Job Description

Answering 75-100 existing patient's calls/day.

Will be scheduling returning appointments over the phone

Busiest days are Mondays

Could do other projects on a by need basis, but will predominantly be answering inbound calls.

Shift:

8:00am-4:30pm CST

9:00-5:30pm

10:00am-6:30pm 5 days/week, or 4 days/week 8-6:30 with Fridays off.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Looking for customer service experience, preferably in an office setting.

They are open to people who have worked in a retail setting but need to be professional

Call center experience is preferred

Healthcare experience is also preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
