What You'll Do

Deliver hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, ensuring each resident feels respected and valued.

Support residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, creating a nurturing and uplifting environment.

Monitor and report vital signs, changes in condition, and help with care plans to ensure personalized, high-quality care.

Provide companionship, encouragement, and a listening ear-making every day brighter for our residents.

Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure seamless, holistic care.

Requirements

A current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification

A high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work independently

Team player mentality

Passion for serving older adults

Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving

Physical stamina to perform hands-on care tasks

Previous experience working with elderly patients is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full time Night Shifts Available

Salary range: $19.00 - $22 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
