Job Description
Work in a team prepping and pouring concrete in commercial, agricultural, and residential settings. Perform general construction labor from project start to finish. Ability to quickly learn and assist in all facets of the project. Operate various construction and concrete tools and handle materials. Lift, carry, or pull up to 50 pounds or more of material. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Skills
Concrete finishing
Construction experience (1+ year in any trade, concrete preferred)
Hand/power tool operation
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to read a tape measure
General labor skills
Finish and power tool operation

Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Pre-hire drug screen.
Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions.
Flexibility with changing assignments.
Dedicated and reliable work ethic.

Work Environment
Work hours are 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. Typically, we aim to stick to 50 hours per week. The team consists of 4 crews of 4 laborers each, with 16-20 field employees in total. Foremen are experienced construction workers, so candidates must have thick skin.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
