The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Retail Inventory Clerk to join our retail team. As a Retail Inventory Clerk, you will support our Operations and Retail teams at various Delaware North's Parks and Resorts locations.

This position requires you to commute regularly to one of our 20 locations.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 / hour

What will you do?

Enter and verify itemized invoices in the inventory tracking system, ensuring accurate matching of purchase orders, receiving records, and invoices

Process and track vendor credits, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation

Communicate with vendors and receivers to resolve discrepancies and obtain necessary invoice information

Monitor and validate invoice pricing to ensure cost accuracy and compliance with recorded data

Assist with cost and retail price adjustments as needed to maintainaccurate pricing records

More about you

High school diploma or GED

Strong communicatin skill, preferred

Previous knowledge of merchandise receiving procedures is preferred

Strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory tracking systems

Experience using a perpetual inventory system required, NetSuite preferred

Accounting background preferred
