Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Tualatin, Oregon. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Handle a high volume of calls in a call center environment while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

Manage data entry tasks with precision, including processing orders and updating customer information.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.

Correspond with customers via email, addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Support both inbound and outbound call activities to meet customer and company needs.

Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and data management tasks.

Process order entries efficiently, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and services to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and email correspondence.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience scheduling appointments and processing orders is preferred.
