Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant - 2nd shift to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the office support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant - 2nd shift

Location: East Fishkill, NY

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform general office and clerical duties to support daily operations.

Assist in managing correspondence and communication within the office.

Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval.

Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment for all visitors and staff.

What's Needed?

1+ years of general office or customer service experience required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in basic office software and equipment.
