THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly. This person serves as "The Face of HUB" to all visitors and staff, offering a warm greeting and providing any needed support and guidance. This role includes a mix of high-touch customer service, administrative support and some technical prowess, when needed.

Responsibilities include:

Opening/closing the office

Answering/directing phone calls

Assisting with the coordination of on-site employee events, lunches, etc.

Ordering nameplates for new employees

Assisting clients with identifying their servicer in the system

Processing mail / adding currency to postage machine

Assisting with processing checks

Ordering office supplies (including coffee, tea, etc.)

Ensuring copy machines are working and coordinating needed repairs with vendors

Validating parking for guests

Coordinating janitorial services requests with the property manager

Other general support responsibilities

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

A positive attitude and a desire to learn

MUST be bilingual English/Korean

1 year of general office experience

Exceptional customer service experience

Demonstrated computer proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT and Excel)

Keen attention to detail

Demonstrated organizational skills

*The role can be hybrid working out of our office in Koreatown (1-2 days/week at home)

The expected hourly rate for this position is $17.28 to $25.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
