Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $22.62 - $22.62 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Administrative Assistant:

Makes lodging reservations and travel arrangements

Audits and codes hotel, PPE, and other invoices

Enters requisitions upon request

Assists department managers with coordination of training activities

Orders and stocks office supplies

Handles incoming and outgoing departmental mail

Monitors and maintains forms inventories for the department

Distributes ARRC forms and FRA/AAR manuals to outlying areas

Serves as department coordinator for employee cell phones

Performs data entry of training information or other data for Supt Maintenance, Budget Analyst, Operations, or department managers

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Must have a minimum of one year of general office experience

Knowledge of basic Accounting procedures

Requires an in-depth knowledge of corporate practices, policies and regulations

Requires the ability to organize information into meaningful and concise reports

Knowledge of the interrelationships and functions of other departments

Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and formats

Requires computer skills and ability to use Word and Excel or equivalent software packages

Must be able to @type 30 wpm

Ability to use proper telephone etiquette and professionalism on the telephone and in meeting the public

Must be able to use tact and courtesy when dealing with employees and customers

Must be able to work with minimum supervision, prioritize work flow, and multi-task in response to daily needs

Background check and drug screening required
