Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lewes, Delaware. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to transition into a long-term role. The ideal candidate will excel in organizing documents, managing communications, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain documents to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.

Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns.

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Coordinate and schedule appointments to support team operations.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to assist with various administrative tasks.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for document creation and communication.

Support the team by handling additional administrative tasks as required. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.

High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document management.
