Tow Truck Driver - Third Shift

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Overview: We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Third-Shift Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves responding to dispatch calls, transporting vehicles, and providing excellent customer service. We are a service partner to police and sheriff departments with quick response commitment. Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions and be comfortable operating tow trucks and other transport equipment. Responsibilities: Safely operate a tow truck to and transport vehicles. Respond promptly to dispatch calls for a wide range of assistance that can include: accident recovery, stolen vehicles, parking violations, vehicle relocation and more. Ensure proper vehicle hookups and secure loads for safe transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed. Provide professional and courteous communications to customers in stressful situations. May remove, bend, or cut parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Complete required paperwork, including towing reports and customer receipts. Qualifications: Valid drivers license (CDL highly desired). Towing experience highly desired. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong customer service and communication skills. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, bend& maneuver in tight places, and work in various weather conditions. Knowledgeable of Milwaukee roads and traffic patterns.
