Job Title: Construction SuperintendentJob Description

The superintendent will be the primary representative on a project site, providing leadership and management for all parties associated with the project site, including owners, designers, subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants. The goal is to achieve an outstanding project outcome by meeting or exceeding the project's expectations for quality, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and management for all parties associated with the project site.

Ensure the project meets or exceeds expectations for quality, timeliness, and cost.

Oversee all aspects of the project, from site development to completion.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.

10-15 years of experience overseeing commercial construction projects.

Knowledge of general construction techniques for sitework, commercial office, light industrial, and retail projects.

Knowledge of site development.

Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in construction management.

Experience as a superintendent or construction superintendent.

Work Environment

The work environment will involve managing various aspects of construction projects on-site. You will work with a diverse team of professionals, including designers, subcontractors, and inspectors. The role may require working in different weather conditions and adhering to safety protocols at all times. The dress code will typically include appropriate construction site attire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
