Growing construction company seeking to hire construction laborers to their team!

These positions are full-time roles with lots of OT available. During the busy season, candidates will work sun up until the job is done, so candidates must be okay working long days, and not having a set end time. Sometimes the work is local, sometimes the work is traveling for M-F, on average expect to travel 50% - 75% of the weeks, so candidates MUST be okay with traveling.

Candidates will be laying / installing fiber optic cable at job sites at various job sites in the 5 state area. Candidates will be operating equipment (mini excavator, skid loader, bobcat, etc.) and digging by hand to lay cable. Candidates will also be doing directional boring and using locating equipment at job sites. Positions can be very physically intense at times, so candidates cannot be afraid of hard labor and picking up a shovel.

Entry level candidates with minimal construction experience can expect $22-$24 per hour.

Candidates with 2+ years of construction experience operating equipment can expect $24-$28 per hour.

All positions are paid based on experience.

Candidates who have previous equipment operating experience and utilities installation experience are eligible to get paid a higher starting pay. Pay is based on previous skills and experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
