This is a one-year position from August 25, 2025 through May 24, 2026. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES TEACHING ACTIVITIES: Candidates will undertake high-quality teaching and have a background in areas of classes to be taught. Candidates will teach fourteen credits in the 2025-2026 academic year and meet and advise students outside of class. Teaching includes courses in undergraduate and master's (MS in Supply Chain Management and MBA - Full-Time and Part-Time) programs. We are interested in candidates with capabilities and interest in teaching introductory supply chain courses as well as courses in topics such as Transportation and Logistics; Managing Technologies in the Supply Chain; Strategic Sourcing; Quality Management, Lean and Six Sigma; Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SIOP); Business Statistics; Data Analytics in Managing Supply Chains; Project Management; Global Operations Strategy; Responsible Supply Chain Management; Supply Chain Finance; Supply Chain Risk and Security RESEARCH ACTIVITIES: Candidates are expected to engage in advanced research and developmental activities beyond the doctoral level, in preparation for an independent career. SERVICE ACTIVITIES: Candidates will take part in the full range of departmental, School and University service activities appropriate to rank. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Terminal degree OR Master's degree plus 5 years of related industry and/or academic experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: PhD or be ABD in Supply Chain and Operations/Production or related field; a commitment to quality teaching; an ability to interact effectively with others and make a meaningful contribution to the department and the school.
