Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, cost management, and operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide critical insights and support decision-making to align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain monthly financial reports, including variance analyses for purchase price, obsolescence, and freight costs.

Collaborate with accounting and FP& A teams to address financial discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.

Analyze historical spending trends to refine forecasts and enhance financial assumptions.

Manage budgets and perform variance analyses for supply chain cost centers to ensure financial targets are met.

Partner with procurement and co-packing teams to create tools and reports that support strategic decision-making.

Monitor and evaluate capital expenditure projects to ensure alignment with long-term objectives.

Implement process improvements to enhance reporting transparency and analytics.

Create dashboards and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance.

Lead forecasting processes for supply chain activities, including procurement and co-packing.

Present financial insights to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making and strategic alignment.

Requirements - Proven experience in finance management, with a strong background in FP& A and cost analysis.

Proficiency in accounting systems and tools such as ADP, Concur, and CRM platforms.

Solid understanding of budget processes, auditing, and accounts payable functions.

Ability to develop and monitor KPIs and scorecards to measure financial performance.

Expertise in creating financial models and conducting in-depth cost analysis.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders.

Experience in capital management and forecasting for supply chain operations.
