What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Providing comprehensive support to our Directors by managing complex calendars and coordinating communications.

Handling confidential information with discretion while ensuring accuracy in data entry and document preparation.

Proactively addressing unexpected issues and suggesting improvements to existing processes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 2-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting, with a strong background in Microsoft Office Suite.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a proven ability to draft professional emails and reports.

Are adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment , managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
