Job Title: Customer Service/Administrative Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Provide rotational support for customers.

Deliver best-in-class service and troubleshooting support to both internal and external customers.

Ensure prompt processing of warranty orders and manage related inquiries.

Gain and apply thorough knowledge of products and troubleshooting techniques to solve technical issues.

Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate subject matter experts.

Document customer feedback, call and issue tracking, and correspondence for comprehensive service records.

Strive to exceed customer satisfaction targets through dedicated and personalized service.

Utilize CRM and ERP software tools effectively.

Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor.

Work Environment

The role requires functioning well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Professionalism and responsiveness are essential. The position involves the use of CRM and ERP software tools, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is necessary. A pleasant and positive attitude is crucial for success in this role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
