[Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleari[ng debris and setting up equipment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and lead workers to complete tasks effectively. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning work areas and maintaining tools. Help in the assembly of structures such as scaffolding or frameworks. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.03 - $25.57 per hour
