Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Construction Contract Professional to join their team. As a Construction Contract Professional, you will be part of the Contract Management team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Lead negotiations for wireline network agreements with utilities, municipalities, and private landowners.

Draft, review, and revise contract provisions for various agreements including dark fiber leases and conduit acquisitions.

Manage and coordinate conduit/fiber agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Research company rights and negotiate reimbursement agreements related to facility relocations.

Oversee existing agreements, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with terms.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.

3-5 years of relevant work experience in contract management.

2-4 years of negotiation experience in a related industry.

Familiarity with land contracts and the land acquisition process.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new applications.
