Administrative Assistant I - Billing Admin- Essington, PA

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Weekend work as needed

Location: Essington, PA

Job Description:

Kelly Services is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant I - Billing Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Essington, PA . In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the lab administrative operations, with a focus on billing and record-keeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage job orders

Scan and organize paperwork

Maintain accurate records for orders and invoices

Provide general administrative support as needed

Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently

Previous experience in a similar administrative or billing role preferred

Ability to work weekends as needed
