Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation, ensuring adherence to current document standards, and collaborating with other writers to improve content and usability. This role requires strong technical writing skills, the ability to gather and analyze information, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Take notes and photos, and work with Subject Matter Experts to gather information.

Analyze information to produce high-quality documentation.

Ensure current document standards are followed.

Collaborate with other writers to improve document standards.

Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve content and usability.

Edit documentation to ensure consistent, accurate information.

Adjust responsibilities, time, and objectives to meet changing priorities.

Promote a safe culture for yourself and those around you.

Attention to detail during the planning, writing, proofing, and approval processes

Desire to improve current processes

Experience writing procedural documents

Experience with MS Office

Work Environment

Working in an office within an industrial manufacturing plant. Standard day shift hours. Benefits include being treated as a core employee, paid holidays, accrued vacation hours (16 hours for every 400 worked), sick time, and opportunities for raises and added responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $27.50/hr.
