A well-known tech. company is hiring for a Planner in Kirkland, WA!

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Planner to assist in maintaining data accuracy, leveling work orders, and analyzing inventory to ensure seamless operations. This role involves a balance of computer-based tasks and physical activities within a warehouse setting. You will be responsible for coordinating material orders, working with various teams to ensure smooth workflow from production to delivery.

Responsibilities:

Assist in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.

Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand.

Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.

Execute on various purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.

Deliver completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution.

Research, manage, and mitigate shortages, helping with transfers and coordinating with the floor.

Coordinate with warehouse teams directly, helping with Kanban processes and utilizing the Jira system to backfill kits.

Essential Skills:

At least 3+ years of planning experience and inventory management, particularly with SAP or similar systems.

Proficiency in mid-level Excel functions such as pivot tables, index matching, or vlookups.

Ability to analyze data to review stock levels and determine ordering needs.

Work Environment

This role is 100% onsite with two shift options:

Option 1 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4 pm to 2:30 am in Kirkland.

Option 2 - Wednesday to Saturday from 4 pm to 2:30 am in Kirkland, with potential flexibility required for Redmond. The role involves standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and physical activities such as bending, stooping, and twisting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
