In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Partnering with Product Engineers to resolve shop floor problems, write-up and detailing issues, and providing engineering support for customer order requirements while also developing permanent solutions.
Developing and implementing productivity improvements and lean manufacturing projects.
Supporting manufacturing for problems related to product design or assembly.
Providing engineering support for customer order requirements.
Investigating, analyzing, and documenting Service Requests.
Supporting the development of training materials and manufacturing procedures to improve plant productivity and quality including providing Technical Assistance to personnel within manufacturing.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering- must be obtained by June 2025
Previous manufacturing engineering design/application experience or internship/co-op experience
Driven self-starter with a hands-on approach to developing engineered solutions to manufacturing problems.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering design/application
Bill of Materials construction experience in a related industry
Lean Manufacturing experience
