ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a full time Construction Planning/Programmer to support our government customer programs in Wichita Falls, TX. This position is required to be on-site.

Key Role:

Coordinates with base management and advisory groups to plan long-range development.

Develop, draft, and submit work requests for infrastructure projects.

Conduct and coordinate scoping, site visits, budgetary cost estimates, siting documentation, environmental analysis requests, economic analyses and project scoring analyses for planned projects.

Provide the primary communication between the installation and higher headquarters to advocate for base priorities.

Develop and update project programming trackers, reports, and briefings.

Prepare, participate in, or conduct briefings, meetings, conferences, design charrettes, etc. involving project programming issues.

Support mission critical MILCON(Military Construction)and UMMC(Unspecified Minor Military Construction)programming to serve the needs of the organization to help ensure the mission success.

Works in concert with a team of engineers in theconstruction planning and programming requirements fortheinstallationin accordance withFederal and Air Force guidelines with consideration for life cycle,mission change, catastrophic failures, activity management plan, and more.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline.

Minimum of two years' experience in large commercial/industrial complexes for construction planning and programming.

Must possess strong computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office products.

Must be able to prepare and present presentations/briefings to the client.

Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Must maintain a valid US driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least three years' experience working in a military environment.

Experienced user of BUILDER and NexGenIT.
