Actalent Healthcare is seeking a back office medical assistant for our oncology clinic!?

Your Role:

Assist in patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and collecting medical histories, with a focus on oncology and colon/rectal patients.

Support physicians and nurses with clinical duties, including administering injections, coordinating procedures, and assisting during specialized treatments.

Maintain and organize patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Collaborate with front office staff and medical teams to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - No weekends!

Qualifications:

2+ years of front office clinical experience.

Experience with prior authorizations is a must.

MA certification NOT required.

Strong computer skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
