Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Stockton, California. The selected candidate will be a vital part of our team, facilitating customer interactions, handling data entry tasks, and providing administrative support. This role is crucial in maintaining high-quality customer service standards and efficient operations within our industry.

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers through phone and email interactions to ensure high satisfaction levels

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and organized manner, using critical thinking skills

Translate complex technical information into user-friendly language for customer understanding

Manage and enter job orders accurately, maintaining comprehensive repair files

Prepare and schedule shipping and receiving tasks, including the creation of necessary documentation

Follow up on outstanding customer quotes, providing regular updates and documentation

Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records

Archive vital documents, such as certificates of conformance and safety data records

Support additional office functions and responsibilities as needed

Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word effectively in daily tasks. Requirements

Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

Proficient in answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and managing both inbound and outbound calls.

Experience working in a call center environment is mandatory.

Strong data entry skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Must be able to handle email correspondence effectively and professionally.

Experience with order entry is necessary.

Should be capable of scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.

Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset are crucial.
