Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Admin, you will be part of the coordination and administrative support team for the delivery of Workplace Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to engage with new people, and be a problem solver, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Stafford VA

Pay Range: $23

What's the Job?

Administration, including Concierge and Reception

Conference & Meeting Room Management

Assists the Workplace Experience leadership team with administrative support.

Maintains relationships with vendors that provide services to the office.

Respond to customer requests & complaints regarding Workplace Experience services

What's Needed?

Previous Admin, Concierge, Hospitality, or Room Management Experience preferred

Ability to assess situations and offer solutions to help

Ability to communicate with clients, co-workers, supervisors professionally

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Complete and pass background check / drug test
