The Administrative Manager, Marketing position exists to provide coordination and administrative support for the Chief Marketing & Content Officer and the Vice President, Marketing through planning, personnel management, logistics, budget management, public relations, team building, project tracking and coordination, and representing senior leadership as required.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Serves as key liaison between CMCO/VP and department heads and other divisions within FOF
Helps provide strategic direction and facilitates complex interpersonal issues within the division
Manages day-to-day administrative details for the CMCO (i.e., calendar, agendas, minutes, action items, expense reports, travel booking, etc.)
Coordinates internal and external logistics for team meetings, events, and external visitors
Assists CMCO/VP with creation, layout and clean-up of PowerPoint/Word/Excel presentations and documents
Facilitates interaction, initiates strategic planning, and provides key input for technology- related recommendations
Maintains close relationships with key support departments (i.e., IT, HR, Purchasing, Accounting, Facilities, Events) to assist in continual development and implementation of policies/procedures within division and completion of assigned projects
Assists with project management to ensure on time, on budget, on strategy delivery for approved projects
Monitors administrative assignments within the organization by setting priorities for meeting deadlines and balancing supervisor's and own workloads; adjusts work schedule to meet extra demands; prioritizes tasks to complete multiple projects
Assists in communications and approvals with peripheral departments, which are essential to the functionality of a project
Participates in budget process for department
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
Monitors and reviews workflow and trends
Coordinates special projects as assigned by CMCO/VP
Writes and develops variety of reports as requested or assigned
Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
2-4 years of experience in administration or related field
Working knowledge of FOF mission, philosophy, values, and objectives
Knowledge of various software applications, i.e., Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

Pay Range: $24.00 to $27.50/hr
