Reference #: 5001116670800 Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking an Trade & Finance Intern in Hanover, PA to provide support to the Commercial Finance department. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern for our Trade Finance team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the validation and recovery of Trade and Non-Trade deductions. The intern will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Customer teams to pull key documentation, analyze claims, and assist in special projects with real financial impact. This role is ideal for students who are looking to develop analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Retrieve and organize documentation to support Trade and Non-Trade payment validations. Support dispute submission processes and help track recovery outcomes. Participate in special projects, such as pricing audits and promotional spend analysis. Maintain detailed records. Objectives Strengthen problem-solving and analytical thinking through real-world deduction challenges. Develop organizational skills while managing multiple deadlines and priorities. Enhance time management and goal-setting abilities by supporting high-impact projects. Gain exposure to Trade Finance processes and tools used across ERP and Trade Management systems. Build professional communication skills by collaborating with Finance and Sales teams. Contribute to meaningful business outcomes, such as financial recovery efforts. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data. Strong attention to detail and organization. Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and ask questions. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Continuously Pursuing Excellence!
