Job Title: Procurement Data AdministratorJob Description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Procurement Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and maintaining procurement data in the SAP system, collaborating with the sourcing team, and assisting in documenting and streamlining procurement processes. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with data, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

Input and maintain procurement data in the SAP system with a high level of accuracy.

Collaborate with the sourcing team to clarify data requirements and resolve any discrepancies.

Assist in documenting and streamlining procurement processes and workflows.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) to manage and report data as needed.

Effectively communicate with team members to gather information and provide updates on data entry tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience with large ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools.

High volume data entry experience.

Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in procurement, supply chain, buying, or purchasing is a plus.

Comfortable with high volume repetitive work.

Willingness to ask questions and seek guidance independently.

Work Environment

This role operates in an office environment with typical hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility for an 8 AM to 5 PM schedule. The team consists of four members plus the director. The position offers a hybrid work model with 2-3 days a week onsite, with potential flexibility for less frequent onsite work for those living further away.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
