Job Description

This role is designed to help manage the increased workload and ensure smooth purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various purchasing activities and acting as a liaison between different departments.

Responsibilities

Manage and support various purchasing activities.

Act as a liaison between different departments.

Create tables for purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions (PRs) using Microsoft Excel.

Handle and process purchase orders.

Utilize SAP and PRISM software for purchasing operations.

Essential Skills

Degree in Economics, Business, or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating tables for POs and PRs.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with SAP and PRISM software.

Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.

Experience in manufacturing settings.

Work Environment

The first few weeks will be onsite but once fully onboarded and running, it will be a hybrid environment with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. You will have the opportunity to work in one of the biggest aerospace and defense companies, with your efforts directly impacting the operation as a whole.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
