Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our North America team. In this role, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for professional-level position across multiple business units. This includes identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive partner who understands the value of talent as a strategic driver of business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring leaders.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber, diverse talent using a mix of job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit.

Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and candidate evaluation.

Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by communicating clearly, professionally, and with empathy throughout the process.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring process, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.

Ensure compliance with all internal policies, employment laws, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on professional roles.

Proven success sourcing and attracting talent across North America.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with Workday is a plus.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $59,700.00 - $89,500.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
