Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing and processing AP invoices, managing multi-vendor consolidated invoices, conducting daily query audits, and maintaining and tracking supplier payments. This role also involves processing internal expense reports, tracking travel statements, and resolving payment inquiries.

Responsibilities

Audit and process AP invoices (approximately 40-70 per week)

Process multi-vendor consolidated invoices for MSP programs using VSL templates for payment uploads

Conduct daily query audits for data entered into PeopleSoft

Maintain and track all supplier payments

Process internal expense reports and audit for accuracy and compliance

Track and process all travel statements

Resolve payment inquiries made internally or by external parties

Provide ad hoc support to finance and accounting team

Essential Skills

Accounts payable

Invoice processing

Invoicing

Data entry

Reconciliation

Experience with SAP, Oracle, and Deltek

Additional Skills & Qualifications

AA Degree in business, finance, or accounting, working towards a degree, or equivalent work experience

2-3 years of accounts payable experience

Experience in a complex organization

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
