The location in Glenwood, (Arkansas, United States), is seeking talent
to fill the position of
Maintenance Oiler. This job is full-time permanent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grease, oil, and maintain machinery as assigned and assist millwrights
and electricians as required in a safe and timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Complete familiarity with: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and
mechanical lockout in sawmill complex.
Complete familiarity with lubrication points in sawmill area, oil
and grease; understanding their effect on component life.
Complete familiarity with lubrication quantities and @types, both oil
and grease.
Ability to maintain automatic oilers and grease guns and make
correct settings.
Aptitude and desire to acquire knowledge of millwright skills.
Work with Maintenance department employees in a safe and efficient
manner, working effectively in a team environment, using all/any
safety gear/equipment.
Monitor lubrication inventory levels; communicate low levels to
Supervisor.
During lubrication duties, inspect machine components for excessive
wear, component failure. Communicate these concerns/problems to
Supervisor, Maintenance Planner or Lead Millwright.
Recognize symptoms/indications of bearing failure; take appropriate
actions to prevent bearing failure. Must have knowledge of the
correct bearing application for specific machine centers in assigned
work area.
Perform duties from preventative maintenance (pm) sheets/reports as
required by PM schedule.
Assist millwrights as required.
Safely use hand tools and power tools.
Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and
various powered industrial vehicles.
Maintain accurate shop records on all responsible equipment and
services.
Keeps work areas and shop areas clean and compliant with 5S
standards.
Work effectively and efficiently without direct supervision,
completing tasks in a timely manner.

Production Bonus - up to \$3.00 per hour
Night Shift differential - \$1.00 per hour
