Your service area will be an hour from your house. Successful candidates should enjoy working with people and have the following characteristics: Comfortable working in a competitive, fully-commissioned environment Speak clearly and concisely Possess ability to listen to others and respectfully explain your ideas Are detail oriented An interest in interior design and home organization Have ability to measure, visualize and plan spaces Have a schedule that allows you to take company-provided qualified leads AND prospect new business Able to develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients Able to gain referrals and repeat business with existing client base Effectively network with associations and other groups Comfortable working both independently and as a team We provide flexible working hours to fit most lifestyles.
