JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Overview: The Agglomerator Operator is responsible
for overseeing and operating the agglomeration equipment in the
production process to ensure the efficient production of agglomerated
products. This includes monitoring the machinery, ensuring optimal
performance, and maintaining product quality standards. The role
involves working with various raw materials and chemicals, depending on
the industry, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational
protocols. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain agglomeration
equipment, ensuring proper setup, functioning, and safety. Monitor the
performance of machines and make adjustments to optimize production
efficiency and quality. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as
cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting equipment. Ensure the
agglomerated material meets the required quality standards by regularly
inspecting products. Manage raw materials for the agglomeration process,
ensuring the correct mix and consistency. Coordinate with other
departments (e.g., production, maintenance, quality control) to ensure
smooth operations. Document production data, including machine settings,
material usage, and quality control results. Follow all safety and
environmental guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report
any machinery issues, malfunctions, or production discrepancies to
supervisors. Assist with inventory management of raw materials and
finished products. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent (preferably with technical or vocational training). Prior
experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of machinery operation and troubleshooting. Ability to
read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good
communication skills for team coordination. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and meet production goals. Familiarity with
health, safety, and environmental regulations. Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy materials and operate machinery. Ability to stand,
walk, or move for extended periods. Ability to wear required protective
gear, such as gloves, goggles, and hearing protection. Dress Code
Steeled shoes or boots, gloves, goggles, and hearing protection are
required. Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials to
prepare raw products for processing. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: 2-3 years of experience in a food production plant as a
