Issues are rarely referred to the supervisor but are handled at the occurrence.Essential Duties: Maintenance Support Tech III:Administrative work to support a maintenance office on one or more projects, this may include answering phones, internal and external customer contact, and dealing with Government officials.Providing technical assistance to others using computers and associated software.Analyzing and organizing data, record keeping and inventory.Conducts monthly spot inventories, verifies inventory findings, reconciles and coordinates with Business Services on adjustments neededCreating and maintaining a variety of activity logs, files and reports on services. Processing receipts and invoices for payment.Preparing, and maintaining confidential and sensitive records and files.Monitors and assists with data entry for maintenance contract record keeping.
