IT Asset Administrator - Boca Raton

Description

Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets across the enterprise.

Track asset details, perform audits, and manage full lifecycle from procurement to disposal.

Ensure compliance with licensing, vendor agreements, and internal security protocols.

Procure and deploy assets, generate utilization reports, and analyze costs and risks.

Administer and configure the ServiceNow ITAM module and manage asset workflows.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) module.

Proven background in asset tracking, reporting, and lifecycle management.

Experience working in IT operations and data center environments.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
