for scheduling, project administration, request material and subcontractor quotes utilizing knowledge and experience on machinery, equipment as well as man power in their capacity, and limitations. Also take into account the capacity and limitation for the length, duration and @type of project estimated by the Project Manager Specialist. Communicate with customer's project personnel to determine requirements and objectives. Will perform the following duties: Personnel coordination, meeting with clients, subordinate personnel, Architects and Engineers, Assistant Project Management and Supervisors, as well as with the Project Construction Supervisor; delivery of material coordination, construction project managing, revision of plans and documentation. Prepare estimates to calculate projection of funds for the project, negotiate in acquisition of material. Utilize knowledge in computer Apps such as Project, AutoCad, BlueBeam, Adobe, Microsoft Office Softwares in the performance of job duties. Supervise duties performed by six (6) subordinate personnel, identify any complications which will need to be resolved. Develop objectives, technologies, schedules, funding and staffing. Use knowledge and experience to determine the personnel with the skills and knowledge to perform the specific project as well as determine capabilities and limitations of machinery, and equipment for the @type of material to be used. Assign duties to subordinate personnel. Guide and lead workers through subordinate personnel. Monitor project team members and correct them if needed. Assistant Project Managers, and Supervisors. Select appropriate vendors for the specific project and discuss needs and budget to be set for each project. Negotiate costs when needed to fit within the projected budget. Determine finances for project needs and monitor costs incurred. Monitor project milestones.
