Robert Half is working with a dynamic organization to fill the role of Customer Associate, a position that focuses on driving customer satisfaction and supporting internal teams in achieving their goals. The Customer Associate will act as the main connecting point between customers and internal teams. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving challenges, and managing administrative processes crucial for sustaining positive client interactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a genuine enthusiasm for building lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing questions or concerns and explaining products and services.

Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Manage customer accounts, update records, and ensure data accuracy within CRM systems.

Provide consistent and clear communication, both internally (with teams) and externally (with customers).

Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and service personnel to ensure timely delivery of customer solutions.

Create, prepare, and manage documentation, including invoices, service agreements, reports, and more.

Conduct regular follow-up calls or emails to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1-3 years in customer service, administrative support, or client-facing roles preferred.

High school diploma required; associate degree or higher is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a strong plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to find solutions for customers calmly and effectively.

Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in industries such as financial services, retail, healthcare, or technology.

Bilingual abilities are highly valued.

Familiarity with customer feedback tools or KPI tracking.
