Job Summary and Qualifications
Key member of corporate equipment management team overseeing the ESS (Equipment Shared Service) program roll out with specific focus on analysis, reporting, and assisting the divisional supply chain teams with day to day operations. The specialist will provide support in developing, enhancing, and maintaining dashboards and all supporting data analysis within the program as well as upkeep of documentation (Instruction Guides, Policies and Procedures, etc.)
What you will do in this role includes:
Perform Item and Vendor cleansing services by mapping, creating, and reporting on item and vendor files as they are assigned. Works in conjunction with Master Data Services team and/or internal teams and external clients on the scope and prioritization of projects. Provides data analysis and/or data cleansing for multiple business groups both internal and external.
Supports Master Data Services team and their clients
Work in internal tools to map, create, and maintain item and vendor records, provide enriched attributes, identify Support the corporate leadership and divisional supply chain operations teams in analyzing and interpreting data and reports to drive efficiencies as well as assisting in day to day tactical tasks
Lead efforts in development of dashboard(s) and reporting specific to equipment management program and delivering to leadership within corporate and the divisions
Partner with ITG and co-lead from a business operations perspective in overseeing data integration from multiple sources and identify ways to standardize reporting across the enterprise to support the operations in the hospital to drive decision making
Co-leads performing on-site reviews, training, and assessments of operations through program implementation as well as post go live through enhancements of the program
Work with external vendor partners across the enterprise ensuring reporting needs are met as well as service levels are maintained in support of the divisional supply chain operations team
Provide education and training for division and facility equipment management roles to reinforce proper competencies
Partner with internal IT to identify and oversee enhancements to systems within the program
Assist in development of policies and procedures pertaining to process standards as well as service level expectations to meet needs of the hospitals
Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Provide effective verbal and written communication to a variety of stakeholders from executives to staff

What qualifications you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or similar
1-3 years in Healthcare / Hospital Operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement - Preferred
