POSITION: Equipment Manager
Additional Part-time Solar Installer position would be an additional 8-10
hours per week.
This role plays a key part in keeping our operations smooth, efficient,
and ready for installs.
DUTIES:
Keep our warehouse and headquarters clean, organized, and well-maintained
Track inventory using Google Docs/Sheets
Monitor, record, and receive incoming shipments
Schedule and track maintenance for company vehicles
Prep job-specific equipment for the install team
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
Experience hauling trailers with 10,000 pound or more ratings
Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and tractors
Physically able to frequently lift 60lbs and work in varying conditions
(heat, cold, snow, mud, etc.)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently
Comfortable using Google Drive tools
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Construction or solar experience
WAGE: $20/Hour or higher Depending on experience, with a $1 raise
after a two month trial period and review.
BENEFITS: Paid time off and a retirement plan (Simple IRA with 3%
matching) after your first $1000 earned.
SHIFTS: Part-time - 8 hours per week
(1 consistent day/week; any day other than Friday)
