Job Title: Shipping and Production Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Shipping and Production Associate, where you will work in three different areas: assembly, product configuration, and shipping. This dynamic role requires attention to detail, organization, and urgency. You will be responsible for assembling products, configuring devices, and preparing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assemble boxes, place iPads into cases, and fill boxes with miscellaneous items such as stickers or bags.

Transfer barcodes from one software to another and ensure the correct app is installed on the right device.

Use a computer for product configuration and navigate ERP systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus).

Print shipping sheets hourly, input customer information into the shipping website, and create shipping labels.

Label and seal boxes (8x10, 10 lbs) for shipment using FedEx and UPS.

Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

Essential Skills

Strong computer experience

Knowledge of workflow, pallet jack, and manufacturing settings

Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and be a team player

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus)

Experience in production and general labor

Forklift operation skills

Work Environment

Work in a small, clean, well-lit, and organized production/warehouse environment. Enjoy a laid-back and fun atmosphere with supportive and helpful training. The first shift hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
