The Night Shift Supervisor will support our Additive Manufacturing operation. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring night shift production staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in a 24/7 production environment. What You Will Do

Lead and coordinate shift production activities, tasks, and priorities to meet production requirements.

Act as indirect supervisor of Additive Production Operators, resolve work task related problems, and provide input for company performance evaluations.

Understand general and job specific manufacturing requirements leading the team to meet customer and quality specifications. Evaluate production workmanship and identify manufacturing quality non-conformances.

Perform all tasks under limited supervision, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

Provide training and assistance to less experienced Additive Production Operators.

Assume ownership of work tasks and demonstrate initiative to get work completed in a timely manner.

Work with Technicians and Engineers to set up jobs to be run on additive robotic production cells.

Operate, monitor, and maintain additive robotic production cells to ensure productivity and quality.

Recognize and lead the correction of welding process variations following defined procedures.

Leads, performs, and inspects robotic weld repair/process corrections.

Operate cranes, forklift trucks, and perform material handling.

Operate shop tools including grinders, plasma torches, hand tools, impact drivers, drills, and saws.

Responsible for the correct and safe use of rigging/lifting equipment.

Perform work assignments efficiently while being consistent with good safety practices.

Report any maintenance and/or safety issues to Operations Manager.

Obey and promote all safety rules, maintain the cleanliness of the work area, and perform other duties as assigned.

Reports directly to the department Operations Manager.

Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.
