Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local manufacturing company in Ferndale to find an Accounting Administrator for an exciting new opportunity. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in the Accounting and Finance field.

Pay: $24-25/HR to start

Location: Ferndale

Responsibilities Include:

Process Accounts Payable invoices to appropriate plant cost centers and monitor cost center performance against budget.

Post the monthly cycle count and annual physical inventory count results as needed.

Prepare the inventory accuracy reporting for plant management to review and approve.

Assist SAP (ERP system) material create and deployment workflow in corresponding views for the business unit.

Support material deployment costing to prepare for the annual costing run.

Prepare required reports and Key Performance Indicator's data entry as needed.

Utilize SAP and other systems to gather data to support other department reporting monthly.

Support the finance team for various tasks assigned.

This position will require experience with:

MS Excel

Accounting -- Automated Software Program

Collaboration within the Accounting Dept.
