Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Group Sales Administrative Assistant is an entry-level position with a career path to the Sales arena. Candidates must be highly motivated, eager, and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for assisting Sales Managers with group sales leads, creating proposals, drafting Sales Agreements, entering bids into electronic RFP systems such as Cvent, HopSkip, Plannerhero, etc. Additional tasks include assisting with commissions, client site visits, and solicitation projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the Sales role, and progress to a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask, complete projects in a timely manner, and is organized and detail oriented. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

Royal Palms Resort and Spa is a boutique historic resort nestled at the base of Camelback Mountain, we cater to high end programs, incentive trips, Board of Directors meetings and Executive retreats that are looking for an intimate and unique experience.

Qualifications:

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Proficient knowledge of computer applications

Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
